bad run for the week

So the last week was pretty awful for me in that nothing ever worked despite playing very solid... my big hands just weren't holding up and I was getting outdrawn like no tomorrow! No worries though, despite being thoroughly raped by variance I am only down maybe 100-150 bucks in cash games, but thanks to bonus's and a few well timed wins in sngs im not down that much.

Hmm... lets see how bad things were goin for me... i think this week my:

1. KK lost about 2 times to straights, once to 74o lol
2. AA cracked by Q8o, 99
3. flopped the nuts straight vs a guy with 2 pair and he filled up on river
4. turned nuts but guy who flopped set fills up (im fine with that)
5. Ak loses to Q8 chasing gutshot
6. 2 pairs losing to random straights/gutshots etc
7. there was probably more but i cant remember

It was pretty rough.... but at least I can say that I wasnt playing horribly or going on tilt or anything during my sessions. Oh yeah, I limped with over 30+ small pocket pairs and no set yet... lol... im getting impatient!

I'm hoping that once my downswings over things will be better because things are pretty bad right now... I'm excited to play the Poker AFter Dark tourney on monday/wed to see if I can get into the final tournametn and beat out like another 200 ppl.... hopefully I can do it because I really want to play on PAD it would be a once in a lifetime opportunity (that and the last time they put on Ken Light on the show, MAN HES SO BAD and he wasted his opportunity).

Hopefully on Reading week its time to run good and own some peoples! I cant wait for reading week cuz my high school friend from Calgary will be stayin with me, so it sounds like we're gonna have a good time.
